About Us

Yarralea is a not-for-profit community children’s centre in Alphington, managed by a volunteer parent committee and supported by Yarra City Council. Yarralea provides integrated kindergarten for 3-5 year olds 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, 48 weeks per year.

Yarralea has a warm and inviting atmosphere featuring engaging indoor play spaces that are filled with natural light and spacious natural outdoor play spaces.  Our creative and imaginative play spaces encourage involvement, exploration and learning.
